Cooking Lessons

Roll up your sleeves! Go for our «Cooking Class» package to take part in cooking lessons with our Chef. 

You will be able to prepare two appetizers and two first courses of fresh pasta together with our Chef; you will discover all the secrets of the famous Tuscan «pappa al pomodoro» and how to make a delicious fillet steak tartare. You will learn how to cook the sauce with cherry tomatoes, bacon and pecorino and the special sauce with butter, sage and pecorino.

At the end of the preparations you will taste your dishes in our Flora & Fauno Restaurant.

The «Cooking Class» offer is available for a minimum of 2 people and takes place from 4 to 6 pm.
