Staff were very helpful.
The free use of bikes was excellent. This was a “game changer” for us. Without bikes, access to city would have been more difficult than anticipated.

As I said on Tripadvisor we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Highlights were, the bicycles to enjoy discovering Florence with the best way, the temperature of the pool that was really great for a stay in April, one lowlight was maybe the size of the bedroom, a bit tiny for 3.

It was our 10 year anniversary and you brought us a bottle of prosecco and strawberries. It was so kind and lovely. Also our patio was a highlight. So days it was hard to leave when we could sit, have a drink on our private patio and watch the Arno float by. Amazing! Thank you so much.

Abbiamo gradito molto il cocktail di benvenuto e il tè in omaggio.
I camerieri che abbiamo trovato in sala colazioni/ristorante sono stati bravissimi, specie il ragazzo con i capelli più lunghi di cui purtroppo non so il nome.

Ottima la cucina. Ho vissuto a Venezia per più di 40 anni e normalmente mangio pesce 3 volte alla settimana, ho apprezzato come lo chef ha valorizzato un tipo di pesce "considerato semplice" trasformandolo in un esperienza culinaria di ottimo livello. Forse se ci fosse stata un'offerta maggiore di piatti di carne avrei provato volentieri anche quelli. Il mio giudizio resta comunque eccellente.

Per la cena del capodanno avrei preferito più animazione che la signora con arpa . È stata una Cena molto veloce hanno servito tutte le pietanze entro le 2230
Ottimo il cibo ma non ci tornerei più per un cenòne opterei per altro locale. Cena troppo scontata.

Service irréprochable. Personnel absolument agréable, serviable, avenant, de bon conseil.

Gentilezza dello staff merita una menzione speciale così come la qualità riscontrata nel ristorante e nel bar.
L unico neo forse è stato il passaggio nell tratto di zona che congiunde la camera alla spa. Ho riscontrato una differenza di temperatura non proprio piacevole.

Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare nella vostra struttura tramite un amico che purtroppo non ha potuto più soggiornare per problemi familiari e mi ha ceduto la sua prenotazione oltre i biglietti per il concerto dei Simply Red. Al nostro arrivo (mio e di mia moglie) siamo stati accolti da gentilezza e sorrisi di una giovane ragazza alla reception che ci ha illustrato in ogni dettaglio tutti i servizi accompagnandoci poi alla camera.... meravigliosa, appena siamo entrati è stato uno spettacolo tutto, dal bagno, il letto, la posizione vista Arno....meraviglioso. Sempre grazie alla segnalazione della ragazza alla reception abbiamo prenotato la colazione (extra) per il giorno dopo, che dire....abbiamo trovato ogni prelibatezza e il personale molto gentile e disponibile, l'extra che ci è stato richiesto ci valeva tutto!!!!
Con mia moglie siamo venuti spesso a Firenze e abbiamo soggiornato sempre in posizione molto centrale, ma sicuramente la prossima volta verremo da voi anche perchè ci è mancato il centro benessere e la piscina che per motivi di tempo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare. Ma soprattutto verremo per la qualità e la gentilezza....complimenti, andate avanti sempre così!!!

The cleaner did an excellent job - thank you. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The men who drove the shuttle bus were absolutely lovely and chatty - a real asset to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were all so lovely and the hotel was superb.

Everyone we spoke with was very accommodating and always able to help us. We especially appreciated the restaurant staff's care and attention to detail regarding my peanut allergy, as traveling with a serious allergy can be quite stressful. We also found it very easy to get where we needed to go in the city with the help of reception, and very much appreciated the offer of breakfast boxes on days that we had an early start

Our honeymoon stay was absolutely wonderful, the breakfast everyday was so delicious, the spacious patio was a plus, and we loved walking to the city center everyday.
Our only observations about the room that we felt could have been improved upon was the shower/tub..we found it a bit slippery eith the curve to get in and out for showering

I was very impressed with the quality of staff and their friendliness. We had to leave early on our final day and the unprompted offer of a breakfast box to take with us was a very pleasant surprise. The contents were good too!

We broke down in a hire car outside the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and then found us a lovely room to stay the night. The food for dinner and breakfast was excellent.

I loved staying at your hotel, the staff were amazing, i have no comolaints. The glass that devides the two swimming pools could do with a clean, it did not offend me, but if it were clean it would make the whole experience flawless. I hope i get to stay with you again.

We loved the hotel and our recent stay there was great! My only comment would be to increase shuttle service times to include more in the afternoon. Otherwise, we had no complaints!

This was my second visit to the hotel. I was so impressed with the property and staff when I stayed 4 years ago and was very happy to return. The thoughtful touches, like fresh fruit and cool water that are set out, are so welcome. And the beautiful grounds so inviting. I do have some suggestions, though, which I'll outline in the next section.

We stayed at ville sull'arno 11th-18th August.
Absolutely fantastic only suggestion is small wardrobe space & lack of draws for a 7 night stay.
& maybe a bit more availability on shuttle bus.
Other than that a massive thanks to everyone especially to
Juliette always going the extra mile a great team member 👏
