Room above spa was little noisy
We were contacted by Stella in the reception a few days before our arrival. She would like to rebook our first night to another hotel. This is never pleasant to experience for guests - but I would like to compliment Stella for the service she provided in doing so. We recieved emails, could call back to her, ask questions and have swift answers etc. And when we arrived at the other hotel - everything was as she promised. Top service - even when things got difficult. And to be honest - the dinner that you gave us including the wine is the best way I have ever been treated after something went wrong in a hotel. I will recommend your hotel to everyone going to Firenze. Sometimes you should measure the service of a company in the way they handle mistakes / difficult situations. You succeded!
Outside door to rooms 104 to 106 needs to be self closing as road noise is noisy in the room.
Breakfast prosecco was flat more than once due to being poorly stored overnight having been opened the previous day.
Coffee machine in the room would be lovely. Most 5 star hotels I stay in now have them.

- For the breakfast a 5 stars hotel should have a real superior quality of the thea and not the poor "sachet de thé en papier" served.
- the presence of WC in the bathroom is not in phase with a five star hotel
Staff and food in restaurant were exceptional
we really appreciate Noemi's kind support. especially her suggestion for the dinner in the town was absolutely what we were looking for.
